They're still processing keepers being able to pass the ball. Throw in coach acceptance is still a few years off.

Wembley playing Three Lions. Top trolling.

So that's England and Portugal in the semis. Could be Belgium/Switzerland and France/Netherlands to follow.

England, Portugal, Belgium and Netherlands would be a great line-up imo.

So Jaydon Sancho single-handedly won this game for "Club football sucks and International football is the greatest thing in the universe"? Who wudda thunk it.

Just as incredible, is I now live in a world where Germans hate the national team and English love it.

Ok, the third semifinalist of the A-list teams will be either Belgium or Switzerland. It all points to Belgium, unless the Swiss win by two goals or win and keep Belgium from scoring, I think that is how it works?

You never know, the Swiss are at home and can sometimes pull of a surprise.

I dont know if this game is a positive for the Nations league is real or not? It is definitely a positive for the Nations league is fun, exciting and unpredictable.

Belgium go ahead to a 2-0 lead after about 20 minutes and it seems they are through to the A-list finals, but the Swiss have come back and scored three and we are still in the first half.

Incroyable! Swiss in first place with 30 minutes to go. Deservedly leading Belgium (the worlds best team according to fifa) 4-2.

They say a two goal lead is the most dangerous lead, a three goal lead must be a total Hazard, no, like a double Hazard.

When did Shaquiri become the best player in the world?

So England, Portugal, Switzerland and probably Netherlands are the top 4 A list teams. Yeah, England can win this thing.

I dont know if I can take this Nations league thing seriously, too much weird shit happening. But it gets high marks for entertainment value.

At the end of the day they are still glorified friendlies so weird results are bound to happen.

I don't particularly find that very surprising.

Results are weird because it's a very short format where the final two games can take on a lot of importance. Teams can go from relegation to promotion very easily with just a couple of wins, which I think encourages them to be less cautious. At the same time, being relegated isn't that much of a punishment, so there's no point in being negative and trying to grind out a win like a relegated-threatened club would.
