As expected, Eminem came in to sweep up the shits Laughing
MGK did his little thing well respects to that, he had his 15-mins, but now it's over.

I knew it was over when it started with the "Why you yelling at the mic" quote in that hilarious voice.

Not really lol, actually I'd say he gained a lot of fans who praised the fact that he had the balls to respond to Eminem. Also any publicity is good publicity.

He dropped rap devil which quickly gained 90 million views on YouTube before being the number one song on Apple Music when it was made available on that platform.

Mgk got ruined but him responding was a win-win. It does like chievo-juventus ending 2-3.

Would the people that listened to Rap Devil listen to the rest of his music consistently? probably not, unless he releases some big hits to capitalize. He released his song as Rap Devil [Eminem Diss] which is an extremely weak move in terms of feuding but a good move for publicity. Like eminem said in his song: "had to give you a career to destroy it".

I didn't think much of Killshot at first but now with some facts I got to know, listening to it deeper and seeing the consequences it seems this guy's career actually is over.

Just got booed offstage trying to perform Rap Devil.

Spoiler:

Apparently he wore a Killshot T-shirt and a sweater over it and the crowd couldn't see what was on the shirt, and he asked them to give the middle finger for a pic and took off the sweater and when the crowd realized what he was doing they told him to GTFO Laughing

Lol remember Ja Rule? He initially was also top on Billboard when feuding with Eminem and then Em, 50 and Dave Chappelle made him an irrelevant laughing stock.

People really raving about Kendrick on that track, but I don't know, Lil Wayne easily killed it for me.
Sometimes I don't like it when Kendrick comes in with a different beat and plays around with his flow, it just changes the whole vibe of the track.

I know we had a big debacle around DAMN. if it was considered classic or not and after giving it some time I gotta say it's Kendrick's best work.

The way it's socially conscious while keeping a great sound is amazing. One of my fav albums as of now.

RG did your opinion change too? DNA is easily the most misunderstood song, it comes off as just a banger but it's more socially conscious than that. The whole album itself is socially conscious which I didn't get in my first impression. GOD is still his worst song ever tho lol

Can't wait for 2019 when Kendrick releases his next album (he released a album every 2 years basically).

BUT I hate that Kendrick is such a devout Obama supporter + that "n-word" with a fan problem (she sang the lyrics to his song and it was unnecesarry to put her in that position IMO). Nobodys perfect tho so I'll allow it
