Icardi of course doing what he does.
yeah, they make our midfield look technical ffs
in fairness I do seem to recall ES bemoaning the same thing over the summer, gonna be an issue for sure
There is no controller, just two mezzalas and an average DM. They need someone to look for to manage the passing game. Even an average player at this is better than their current options.

They have one, what they need is a better team. If Kessie is your best player, then you need better players. Biglia, Kessie and Calhanoglu should be backups. Gattuso was one minute and one mistake from a draw against a better team. They dropped 4-6 points in other games because they missed chances and didn't put those games away. That's on the players, not on the coach.
Inter have a bigger need at the coaching position, they have been garbage under Spaletti. He is who he is at this point, I'd rather have Gattuso who can still grow.
And Donnarumma didn't peak at 17, he's still only 19. Btw, Buffon, too, had problems with crosses when he was younger.

Donarumma's footwork really reminds me of that of Courtois. I wonder if it has something to do with their excessive height.

Gattuso was a minute away from a draw the same way that Chievo does it. "Garbage" Spaletti took Inter back to the CL and has them 3rd now, while Milan is below Genoa and Sassuolo.
That they need better players doesn't mean that Gattuso is good enough. His level seems similar to his squad.

Yeah, he did it like Chievo because his team is trash. He tried to have them play their usual style and almost got smoked, so he had them defending. which lead to no Inter chances. For the team they have now, Gattuso is more than fine, they are overachieving.
As for Spaletti, he didn't take Inter to CL, Lazio's meltdown sent them there. They were garbage last season and they were garbage in the final game, winning only by luck. Same in the Spurs and today's games. He has the second best squad in the league, playing like hot trash and being 3rd is hardly an achievement. He was always a mediocre coach, living off the one great season he had 10 years ago with Roma. And now he thinks he's Mourinho, he always lashes out at reporters and gesticulates like a clown on the sidelines. His level is Fiorentina, Napoli at best.

Re: 2018/19 Calcio Saga
That was a fantastic derby won by us
I can't even believe we won Just 1-0 (i've read luck really ? ) It should have been 3-0
It 'd have been frustrating if It finished 0-0 after so many chances by us. Instead Milan ? I think just one one on 80's
We are a better than Milan imo but that doesn't justify this inferiority. They were so poor and It is because of their coach of course
Really a great match by us, played football, dominated for 90 minutes, that s my Inter
Shame for Nainggolan injury

Milano derby is uncomparable with evey other derby in Italy though
I laugh when Roma/Lazio fans try comparison.. Christ Moreover Roma derby is being a sad thing such as Verona derby for me

It changes with fan's perspective. It's been a long, long time since the Milan derby was a favorite for me. Not since at least 2011.
I prefer Genoa, that's probably my favorite, Rome too depending on the year. In terms of football though, even if it's not a derby I much prefer the Juve-Napoli matches since the 2010's.
Love derbys in Italy in general. I get hyped by the derby della molle even if Torino fails every time. The atmosphere of these matches is GOAT.

As atmosphere is no contest for Milano , great coreo by both fans, San Siro scenario ... for me the best stadium in the world . Imagine if sold out. Roma can't even full their stadium for derby and that is enough to not take seriously this for me

Re: 2018/19 Calcio Saga
It's funny that is Gattuso who is being thrown under the bus when 80% of the goals against us are purely due to Donnarumma. We were winning against Napoli when the big-ass clown cost us with his shambolic goalkeeping and now is the same.
Inter were the better team, but not by much, and Milan could have scored from one of the many chances that Asamoah simply gave away. Yet, every time there is even the slightest chance for Inter, I get a minor heart attack because Donnarumma is simply a massive liability at the moment.
Maybe he has the physical attributes of a great GK, but his intelligence is sorely lacking.

Re: 2018/19 Calcio Saga
Donnarumma is a nobody.
Milan tifosi and press have a dire habit of Hyping anyone to the Heavens given its feel good benefits.
Great save? Boom New Zoff.
Great tackle? Oh that reminded me of Nesta therefore Nesta.
Great pass? New Rivera.
Petagna looks like Fat Ronaldo? New Ronaldo.
Any young CF who is of good height, strong and scored a game winning goal v Rimini in the Coppa Italia will automatically be the new Vieri no matter what.
Premadonnaruma will never be 1/10th of Buffon given Buffon had excellent ball handling, passing and wasnt a giant pussy.
B b b but he is so young.
Go be young somewhere else this isnt a *bleep* daycare.

Re: 2018/19 Calcio Saga
Donnaruma is still very young. His problem is decision-making and that is something that improves with experience over many scenarios. As far as Inter, I don't think it is luck anymore. I suspect that our players are physically fitter than the players on some of the other clubs and as such perform relatively better towards the end of games against opponents who may be less physically fit. Note: This is an advantage that Juventus seems to have too.

Re: 2018/19 Calcio Saga
Ok he is still young but who cares ?
Honestly has he ever been good ?
He's always been overrated, also because of Raiola.
He is still hyped because of age and because he plays in a big club , but there is not reason why Sirigu is not Italy GK starter in place of him. And Reina should be for Milan.
Best Milan young player is Romagnoli, he was the only one to play good yesterday. Improved much in last year. About the other young players I don't rate them tbh

Why would I have a grudge against Spaletti, what did he ever do to us? I call it like I see it, you need a better coach because your team has been underperforming. But you're an Inter fan, being delusional is par for the course. We beat you fair and square, Orsato had nothing to do with it, but just keep telling yourself that if it makes you sleep better.
P.S. No mentions of Nainggolan's stomp on Biglia, huh?
