Nah he was great at Roma.

He played good yesterday, our MOTM but I can't deceive myself. I've said he was finished just yesterday

Anyway the reason is simple : his life outside football has never been professional and he did a serious autocriticism yesterday after match ( unexpected tbh )

MOTM also today tbh
Hopes he is back ?

I don't know why Milan-Empoli is a Friday night fixture, can someone care to explain? They could put high-profile matches like Fio-Inter instead.

you've Coppa Italia next week and Lazio can't play because of Six Nations. It reduces this Lazio advantage

Unreal VAR used, 5 mins after Borini's goal. Its like when you edit the score on FIFA.

Borini disallowed by VAR in a goal that is definitely amongst the finest single-handed dribbling v multiple players to goal efforts, I have seen this season. Harsh as it is rare the man scores and in such fashion.

Seems Piatek and our left-sided spark on Paqueta have truly turned things around and providing Gattuso the necessary fix in his disproportion 4-4-2 he needed and finally we are dominating games for once this season and ever since the winter break ended.

I am skeptical on Rino based on his pragmatism and him letting his emotions cloud his obvious potential as a manager (similar to him as a player) but we have never looked so good under him and Piatek is the Polish Torres.

Kinda looks like Milan will make the CL next season, Piatek for Higuain was such a coup.

Exciting stuff for Milan fans, you’re back

I still have some doubts, we are just winning against bottom-feeder and we have tough fixtures coming up soon.

Lets assume Inter place 4th, and win EL, does 5th get a CL spot? Remember Chelsea having done something like this

Definitively not. Top4 get CL. If EL, or CL winner for that matter, is among them, so be it.

If CL, or EL winner is 5th or less, then they enter the CL as 5th participant from the country.
If both CL and EL winner are 5th or worse in the same league, I think the 4th placed team might lose their entry,as AFAIK not more than 5 teams from one country are allowed maximally.

It Is no.
100 % sure about it
There were doubts in that last year made by Benitez in Napoli (at the end Napoli reached semi-final and 5th Place) and it was explained as it works

What last spot?
If EL and CL winners don't require an extra spot, as they've qualified through their league place, I think some more minnow get to qualify

1-1 Roma

Dzeko equalises after a huge period of dominance from Roma, and with a fantastic volley that glances the bar and makes its way home into the net.

Marcano suits the backline and works well with Manolas and needs to start.

Just as I type Pellegrini taps it in after a ricochet'd save comes off from El Shaarawy's shot and Lorenzo capitalises well.

1-2 Roma.

Perotti also is no doubt still useful yet will be very hard to usurp El Shaarawy who has been in fine form this season for goals and his general play to create chances for Roma. Roma having more depth than one would mention as it is.
