Re: Round of 16 - Tottenham vs Borussia Dortmund
Even with all the players missing, I am hoping it is a good game. Another snow day on the Iceberg, so it is a good day to sit back and watch football, drink to the success of BVB or drink to the success of Spurs and enjoy. Feel like I am living in the Alps with all the fricking snow lately.
Anyhow, I think Dortmund will miss Reus more then Spurs missing Kane. They also look light in central defence. Be interesting to see how Sancho plays in front of his "home" fans.

Can you explain that team to me, i haven't seen Dortmund all season so I'm thoroughly confused.
Is Sancho upfront?

Nope, Götze is upfront. As for shape, Im not sure with Reus out. Favre usually lines up 4-4-2ish, but tonight might be more a 4-3-3 with Dahoud as the most attacking midfielder?

Goetze is up front, I believe. Sancho plays on the right or left.
Reus usually plays 10 but he's injured, so Dahoud is playing there instead. Alacer isn't even on the bench so I assume he's injured as well.

Sancho and Pulisic often switch sides during the game, but if Bruun Larsen or Guerreiro are playing instead of Pulisic, Sancho's usually mostly right winger

Spurs can't even sell out their stadium on a CL knockout home game

What a lame game, neither team looks like they can score tonight.

I mean it's Wembley right? Most teams in the PL wouldn't tbh.

This spanish referee man, I don't know his name but he is terrible in any big match I see him. I'll just call him Spanish Mike Dean.

BVB doin OK, they might actually win this. What I have found amusing, I mean more amusing than the stadium sounding like Dortmund, is the English commentators being so pro BVB whenever Jadon is fouled.
Not the highest quality in the world, but an entertaining match.

Re: Round of 16 - Tottenham vs Borussia Dortmund
Both teams are lacking up front, unsurprisingly. BVB have done well to create 1v1 situations for Sancho but otherwise haven't created many scoring opportunities, and Spurs' one trick is play the ball in behind for Son which has been read every time.
BVB look the likeliest to score, if only because Davinson Sanchez has been error prone.

The second half needed a goal from the away team to make it exciting!
