Terrible PK call, offside goal, yup, I totally regret seeing this match. Now I hate all refs and appreciate VAR more.

So City get gifted a penalty and an offside goal.

Hope UEFA will come down hard on this shit club.

And where is VAR? Thought there was VAR in FA Cup

Only in the League Cup apparently.

I need a replay from a different angle because the live clip on the GL App makes it impossible to tell.

So if there's no VAR i can understand refs not seeing it.

The replays on the BT feed I'm using showed the PK was a dog shit decision and Aguero was very much offside. Which I am sure VAR officials would have seen. Whether they would have overturn it is something I cannot say for certain.

Fair enough, all i have is GL lol. I'm going to assume because everyone is saying it that it was offside but the live clip makes it really hard to tell.

Do I detect a hint of criticism of the GL App? What are you, heartless and cruel? Don't you know RG might be reading this?

What?
How is that not distortion of competition? How is this even possible?

Swansea should sue the FA in front of CAS tbh

I refuse to belive this tbh, that cannot be true.

That cannot be true as, after checking, it was used in the 3rd round. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen, has to be another reason. Has to...

Why you guys acting shocked lol? Most non PL clubs don't have VAR because of course they don't.

Most of them probably can't afford it, I mean Swansea could but you can't have some championship clubs have it and some not as that would be ridiculous.

Then you can't use it at all in the competition.

It should be an absolute no brainer that there can't be VAR used in one game of semis and not in the other. Can't believe that can actually be true.

Don't disagree but I'm not sure why you would be shocked that non PL clubs don't have it.

Keep in my mind this competition has non league teams in it, it's not really as simple as you think.

Upon checking, AGAIN, yeah, it's actually true. The 3rd round, only the clubs that are in the PL had VAR used. Well, here's me thinking it was just a room where the other refs watch replays from a teleprompter at different angles. Word.

Wow. Just wow. That's blatant distortion of competition. Unbelievable. That trophy has no validity whatsoever.

i agree with you but the argument they will put forward is city never had the benifit of VAR in that game the same as swansea.

Argh. No point getting worked up. But still has to be said, City already have an unfair advantage of having unlimited funds, the best coach in the world and on top of that, on rare occasions like these, when they do falter, the refs help them in every way possible to snatch lucky wins.

Hope they indeed go and win the quadruple this season tho, so that the footballing bigwigs, not just in England but rest of Europe too can finally open their eyes and sense the malice money is bringing to football. (PS: strictly aimed at City's corrupted owners and not at the club as such and their fans, so please dont find offense, their fans have every right to enjoy this golden period tho.)
