It's a risky approach, if we were really keen on Werner.
Because Red Bull will not be happy for Werner to sit out his contract and leave on a free, if he doesn't renew this summer they will want to sell him, and they will want to sell him abroad, and there will be club who will try to get Werner to sign for them who will be willing to pay a decent fee.

I think he will go to Liverpool this summer, tbh.

I personally like our approach because Werner, while a decent player and a good addition on a free, is not worth breaking the bank for, for us.
If he wants to join us, fine, if he goes somewhere else that will be fine with me too. Though tbh I'd prefer if he goes somewhere else.

A risky approach? That's code for Bayern have a limited transfer budget and they can't afford to sign Werner for 60 mil, while planning to sign a premium winger at 100 millions, and having already spent 80 mil on a fullback and 30 on another fake fullback whose team got relegated.

They lost key players for nothing this summer, bad planning...

Yea and also actually getting linked with prospects with potential rather than big name rejects like we used to under Moaninho. Solskjaer already an improvement in that regard.

Some rumors in France that Griezmann is actually going to PSG and PSG are going to sell either Mbappe or Neymar since their coexistence isn't working out too well recently... With Leonardo coming back to PSG, everything is possible imo.

PSG are going to buy Donarumma, Di Marzio says there is interest, especially with Leonardo there now.

If i'm being totally honest, he's a fantastic keeper with an insane ceiling, he has saved us more times than i can count, last season was different, he needed to make those mistakes to become who he is today. His distribution has been incredible for a 21 year old, and he's stopped like 5-6 penalties. But he doesn't come out of the box, if thats the sort of keeper you're looking for.

His sale will be a giant sting, i honestly don't know if we can replace him, Plizzari is too young but he's been promising in the U20 WC, my pick would be Dragowski though.
