I thought they were heading down the tank, but they've recovered well.

The team is clearly a step down from last year imo, but it's definitely not a big step down. Horford is a beast.

That being said, $100/4 years on a 33 year old Horford is a bit of a "yikes" contract.

I mean the Knicks apparently not valuing KD at a max, and everything they've done in a big market like NY...they have to be the worst. But man is life as a TWolves fan sad. I don't even have a rivalry with them, I love Minnesota as a state and I hope the TWolves do well

I'm not sure without Klay if they're really contenders next year though.

Russel is great but even after next year, the rest of their team is still not that amazing. Iguodala is gone, Livingston retiring, even Quinn Cook is leaving. Steph, Dray, Klay, Russel + ....G-Leaguers?

They're going to be good, but I think their time at the top is done. They'll be a good team in the west that has a real decent chance at the finals but I don't know if they win another chip.

Am I wrong here? Am I underestimating them?
