Sarabia x Canales

Both going on loan next season

canales is likely to end up in villarreal, while sarabia will be playing for getafe

they play about the same position atm, with sarabia being more versatile

both are amazing talents and will surely "compete" in la liga

interestingly, sarabia looks better than canales did last year with Spain u19

This will make me follow their teams closely this year! hope they both will blossom so they can come back to us!

Last year I was a Canales fanboy, now Im becoming a Sarabia fanboy, I think both of them could survive in our squad though, in a few years, together with Ozil even. If we switch formations, or Canales becomes a true CM, or Sarabia permanently moves to the wing (he could turn out as a very creative winger), all I hope for is that we dont screw up these deals and it all turns out well.

good decisions for both of them i hope both deals follow through til the end.

the possibility for either of them to get any playing time in our squad is very small. they will be able to grow and mature with villareal and getafe. both great clubs.

somehow i could see canales developing into someone like kaka; not the same style, but the same kind of luxury player that few teams can accommodate due to limited versatility in playing position.

sarabia, on the other hand, is far more versatile as nick mentioned. his final pass has the potential to reach the guti level. also imo, the satisfaction of seeing sarabia succeed with our team in the future is far more than that of canales, seeing how he is an actual cantera.

yeah he would be a ACM/AM with villarreal, they ask their attacking mids to do a lot of things, and it certainly goes the way of Canales. They are asked to come deep to pick up the ball, they have the freedom to go wide, in the box, but the most important thing is that they are massively involved in the playmaking aspect of the game, and they play a very impressive quick passing style. only good stuff

With Cazorla likely to leave for Malaga, he can find himself in a pretty fantastic position with only Cani and Borja ahead of him in the rotation. I dont know how villarreal will invest that money, but it's looking good for canales anyway.

Sarabia sucked today. OK, the whole team was shit on the lowest level possible of football (2 OGs and a howler, smh), but he didnt play well in the half he played.

Canales, like I said, should now go to Villareal on a one season loan, it is the perfect place for him.

Sarabia came on for the second half in the U 19 tournament, Canales is at the U 20. I am led to believe he doesnt even start for them any more. *facepalm*

I dont know if they will be able to play together, as they are both AMs. But Canales can play as a CM, and Sarabia as a winger or even striker. It all depends, but I doubt they will have the chance unless they coincide at Real Madrid in a few years.

Canales is still the key player for them. he is hurt however and may not be ready for first game.
