Thats true, I mean I do like Becks and he is one of my favorite players but the money we are giving him could be going to someone a lot younger. Oh and also resign Franklin if we wanted to as well.

Who would you want us to get?

First I'd pick Zelaya from the El Salvador Nt. Had a good showing in the Copa America and actually was the dangerman against US nt in the 2010 WC qualifiers. Pretty Tecnical Forward good Dribbling and a nice shot. He's also good at Freekicks.

Next I'd buy Oswaldo Alonso from Sounders.

And to replace Gonzalez I'd probably buy Osman Chavez from Wisla Krakow. Bernardez would work too.

Alanso from the Sounders would be a good pickup if we could get him.

What about Juninho? Is he going to remain on loan or are we going to buy him permanently? I haven't heard anything about that

Juninho is a big part of LA's midfield, from what I've seen. They'd have a hard time replacing him if he doesn't return on loan/permanently.

Most definitely agree, Sao Paulo has a lot of other talented players. Juninho is a must stay. Plus he is becoming a fan favorite

Donovan scored the winner from a Keane throughball (from a Beckham flick on). Robbie Keane also had a legitimate goal ruled off by a poor offside call.

Depends on what he wants. I mean the report said we would offer him DP 8 million a year but then Anzhi are said to offer him 12 million a year. Then supposedly Milan are also after him but I know we aren't interested in paying as high of a salary as the Galaxy or Anzhi would offer. But if we were going to get another DP I would like us to get a midfielder but Becks has not ruled out staying here in LA

Impact didn't take any of our players! They did take Ching which is surprising that Houston did not protect him. They also picked up Nyassi and Justin Mapp, other than that no big names

Ballack would be interesting, he is definately a force in the midfield. Also have heard that Del Piero and Drogba would want to join LA. Del Piero would also consider New York as a place to go as well from what I have read

Yep Sarvas is 30 which is quite a bit younger than Beckham and can play the AMF role to

We had a busy day today with his signing then the re-entry draft when we picked up defenders Andy Boyens and Chris Leitch, forward Pat Noonan and goalkeeper Jon Conway, then also got Dasan Robinson and Frankie Hejduk back as well, we were about the only ones picking during the draft
