I think is a bit more than that, Young and Nani are not consistent enough they've both been superb for just about 30% of United's game, and Chicharito and Welbeck are useless without service.

This result has been coming, they were imo the poorer side against Chelsea, Stoke, Norwich, Liverpool, Benfica and Basel, but were lucky to win or draw these matches, I didn't watch the Otelul game, but from reports of the game they were not at all brilliant, requiring two penalties to beat the lowest ranked team in the Champions League. They are not a bad squad but they're surely not as good as many want us to believe.

imo Kompany and Lescot are just overrated ,plus Heart doesnt conduct his defense properly.too many strikers on the field ,when they lose their concentration they cant keep the ball positionl! overall, i think Mancini is doing a decent job,they should let him finish this season and then judge his abilities as a coach!
