Bastard sword or Claymore?

Eventually when you get the necessary stats, try using Zweihander which you get in the graveyard with the skeletons in Firelink Shrine and Black Knight weapons which you'll get from killing Black Knights.

I own Zweihander but don't possess the required stats. I asked because I already have Bastard sword and if the difference is not much I can't be arsed to track back and get Claymore.

No. Where is depths?

Depths is entered from a door in Lower Undead Burg. You get the key from beating the Capra Demon boss.

Keep in mind the area is optional. Its how players usually enter Blighttown. I'm guessing you got there from Valley Of The Drakes.

You really should do all the "optional" areas and bosses. Not just because they are part of the game and not playing them would be a waste but thats how you can level up further and not get absolutely fucked in a mandatory late game area.

Blighttown in PS4 is really not that bad. Wear your highest poison resistant gear (you'll find some good sets in Blighttown itself) and it would be a good idea to farm purple moss from the tree things in Darkroot Garden beforehand. The blowdart poison guys don't even respawn. Though I think entering from Depths is the easier route.

Capra Demon is a bull shit boss that's what he is. He is going down tomorrow, real hard.

Does it have bonfire or I have to go blight town to lit one? Lost 13k souls ffs. Also so far I prefer the Drake valley route to blight town lol. Also there is a butcher guy in depths with a very creepy voice, not gonna lie for first time I though he was some kind of merchant or blacksmith, went near him only for him to plunge attack me lol.
