I believe in Karma as much as the next guy, but that's a bit much man. It could be a hereditary thing, we don't know at this point, but saying it's Karma is quite harsh. And believe me, there are many worse role models than Cassano out there. He may have a short temper, but he isn't a delusional idiot.

- Antonio Cassano

"It's been 13 and a half years that I scratch my head and it's a problem, I scratch my nose and it's a problem, I'm always a problem. 70 percent of the time it is my fault, it's always me that goes looking for trouble. But in the 30 percent where I'm right, it always ends being me that's wrong ... If one wins a lot or very little, it's because he deserved it. If Buffon has won 10 times more than I, he deserved it. Football gives you back what you put into it, I gave little and I won little".

We could learn from people who have this much humility. Compared to quotes like "people don't like me because I'm rich and handsome", I'd take Cassano as a role model any day of the week.
I like you, you actually take time to contribute. First of all, I never said he deserves anything this bad, but I do not make nor do I enforce the rules of Karma. However, Cassano is one of the least liked Characters in football and while I do not like CR7 he is a better role model as he has less off the pitch problems, also he was joking when he said that.

To make up shit about Cassano, a guy with a short temper but believe it or not always had a good attitude, and actually suggest that he deserved it when he might be suffering a stroke and may never play again?

Just shut up. If kicking a man when hes down to such an extent is acceptable to you than I feel sorry.

Kick's opinion shouldn't get him in trouble, however we're talking about a potentially debilitating event in comparison to Cassano giving some extremely rich men some lip.

I believe this webcomic demonstrates the issue: http://www.smbc-comics.com/index.php?db=comics&id=2404#comic

Also can I just say that the "most troublesome" footballers should be considered the violent thugs around the world who are involved in the sport and who ruin careers, people who try to put their studs through a man's chest during a World Cup final.

Even if we are going on rebellion, Tevez and half of the French squad from the World Cup have done far worse. What about players who hand in transfer requests on the final day, betraying fans who have loyally supported them for years when their team needs them? What kind of rebellion warrants retribution? Because all of this thinking doesn't concern justice, it's about vengeance and they are two very different things.

I suppose De Jong is worse than Cassano, you do have a point there.

As for Tevez and the french team, Tevez is not as bad because he has not made a career of causing problems and he has always given the team he wanted out of time to find a replacement, Cassano did not do that last year.

What the French team did was childish but I wouldn't call it worse unless they did it at every world cup.

Tevez was a crybaby at United, he's been a crybaby at City and being younger than Cassano, he's actually at the exact same point that Antonio was.

The French team refused to train at a World Cup, a rebellion led by senior members of the team, one who was sent back on a plane to France for verbally abusing his coach. How is embarrassing the entire French nation and sabotaging your team's efforts to get out of the group stage not worse than Cassano's personal problems? At least Cassano is apologetic for what he's done as well.

Just because Tevez was a crybaby does not make him worse, Cassano almost singlehandedly sunk Sampdoria while Tevez always seems to want to move during the summer.

The French team had a problem however, they are all fine on the club level so the problem obviously wasn't them, cassano on the other hand creates the problems.

:cyclops: Karma? Are you kidding me?!?! What the hell did Cassano ever do that has harmed anybody? That's incredibly harsh and just plain wrong.

If this is how you see Karma, then it will be interesting to see how your team copes when this "Karma" hits John Terry. hmm

I hope Cassano recovers as fast as possible because he's a world class player and is a joy to watch. He's brilliant and is a character, always joking around. love the guy Very Happy

exactly what Cali said. Cassano is always joking around, never harmed anyone, only had problems with one coach ever in his career, a coach even adp couldnt stand, almost lead to his juve departure. Anyway, drogba is far more ill mannered than Cassano. I laugh at your ignorance.

The French team had a problem however, they are all fine on the club level so the problem obviously wasn't them, cassano on the other hand creates the problems.

Sampdoria were sunk by incompetent management, abysmal coaching and a general lack of guts. Sampdoria could never have dreamed of making the Champions League without Cassano and he gave the club their best run for nearly two decades. The President decided to lock Cassano out of the squad after their altercation, however when they still had Pazzini they were still grinding out draws and the occasional win. The President opted to let Cassano leave for free + the fee to Real Madrid for selling him on as agreed under the contract, then he proceeded to sell Pazzini whilst bringing in an aging Maccarone as a replacement for both and investing nothing else. Meanwhile he stuck with a gormless idiot of a coach who misused the entire squad, wouldn't know a tactical set-up if it raped his side 8-0 and then replaced that coach with someone who couldn't even find success in Serie B.

Cassano didn't ruin Sampdoria, Garrone and Di Carlo did.

Tevez is City's captain and should be their leader, however not only has he been vocal about leaving, he disobeyed his coach's instructions during a Champions League match, against City's biggest opponents oustide of their local derby in the past 40 years. Cassano was perhaps a rebel off the pitch, however he never captained a side and abandoned them when they needed him.

When you stop training at a World Cup, you make yourself the problem. Putting yourself ahead of your team at a World Cup, being sent home for screaming obscenities at your coach and providing an example to every youngster in the team that this is how you deal with situations is disgraceful in itself, let alone the fact that they made France a complete laughing stock. It made Italy's worst World Cup performance look noble in comparison.

How is Drogba worse? I laugh at your ignorance, Drogba does a lot of charity work, He has his own foundation. Found Here.

Drogba is considered a saint in Africa for what he has done, He was also the only footballer named in I think it was Time magazines 50 most influential people in the world. It was something along those lines.

You sir have a lot to learn if you think Drogba is not a good person.

EDIT: it was 2010's time 100, which you can find Here

So what Drogba has done in the heat of the moment makes him a bad person?
I can only see the first video.

cassano has done much worse and no charity work yet he is considered better by you?

Really, that is the best you can come up with?

I give you what makes him a saint and you give me a video that quite frankly the Pope would have done and said if he were in the same situation.

Maybe you need to read about Drogba's work outside of football. He is an inspiration and a role model to all, outside of that one moment. Cassano on the other hand is a hot head.

I give you what makes him a saint and you give me a video that quite frankly the Pope would have done and said if he were in the same situation.

Maybe you need to read about Drogba's work outside of football. He is an inspiration and a role model to all, outside of that one moment. Cassano on the other hand is a hot head.

I have just proven drogba is a hot head yet you've done nothing but make false accusations about Cassano. Show me much worse. And no, the Pope wouldn't slap vidic, stomp on thiago Motta and tell the world uefa is a *bleep* disgrace, really, do you even see what you type?

oh look, video's of Cassano doing the same thing, you can't hear the words but I bet you he says that same thing.

the way Karma works, bro, is that if you do bad things you can do good things to even up your Karma, show me anything decent that Cassano has done?
