It's Sunderland what were you expecting? Bruce always has special arrangements in place. It was pretty hilarious to see the refs applaud Fergie before the match, not sure if it had anything to do with repealing the penalty decision.

You guys surely didn't expect Fergie's chum Bruce to let United lose, did you? With it being Fergie's 25th celebration or something.

It's only fitting that former United/part time Sunderland player Wes Brown won the game for them

 did you actually watch the match....no you didn't because it was on the same time as Arsenals match, unless you're so obsessed with us that you had our match and Arsenal's in two TV's/windows.

If you did watch it, you will know how Sunderland restricted us practically no chances in the first half...and in the second half, they could have nicked an equaliser and actually put United in the backfoot towards the end, looking for an equalizer. they played very well and never gave up.

As for the goal, it was very unfortunate as Brown had one of his teammates block his view of the ball as he jumped. Once he did, the ball bounced off the side of his head and into the net. It could have happened to any other player, but the fact that it's Brown, gives you lot some bitter ammo.

Bitters commenting on a game they didn't even see.

There wasn't much Brown could really do about the goal.

We didn't actually play bad football, I think if we hadn't lost Wickham we probably would of scored a goal or 2, we played some decent football and passed the ball about well it was just out end product that lacked.

Utd played pretty bad by their standards and only really looked to threaten on the odd break. Rooney was pretty infective in the position he played and Berba was dire.

And saying Bruce let Utd win is completely moronic and utterly stupid. His job is hanging by the balance and a away win against Utd probably would of secured his job for another few months.

If you look into it Bruce is actually better mates with Wenger than Ferguson.

Using the same logic does that mean Wenger only played to get draws against us in the last 2 seasons so Bruce kept his job.

Oddly enough even before this thread emerged, I posted [jokingly...maybe] on a friend's wall asking if they had planned for this. Needless to say he was rattled. :coffee:
