Thomas vermaelen

I think that moratta should go an offer arsenal 35million for this guy. He is a beast!! Our defenders are having some trouble in posissioning and marking. Vermaelen can do those 2 things great and much more like, great tackles and slidings. He also is good at coming forward, plus he has much confidience. When I see bonucci play it seems like he is nervous, but vermaelen is confidient. And a leader in defence.

What do you guys think? And if you dont agree give me a name in defence you like to see

I like Vermaelen I just don't think it is a move that will ever happen

I would love Ivanovic of Chelsea for either RB or CB

I think the Arsenal fans would have Wenger's head if he sold anymore key players this season. After the number of departures they had last summer and their struggles at the start of the season when adjusting to all of the changes, they need to solidify their lineup. Even if Juve could make the move, I don't think Arsenal is looking to do too many more sales in the January window because they need to get themselves into the EPL's top four.

It does seem viable enough with Nesta retiring and Mexes simply not cutting it, but the price would make me not believe it. Especially because they have to revamp their midfield completely with it aging badly...but it seems a distant dream because Torino would rather sell him to Milan for 1/4 the price than to Juventus.

Ogbonna is 23 years old. Vermaelen is 25. So how can a serie B player improve so much in 2 year that he will be better dan one of the best defenders in de PL? I really dont get why people are having so high hopes on this guy. He is already 23 and still plays in de serie B.

He is a 23 year old defenders, he could play for 12 more years
Plus, Bonucci was no different then he came to serie a and made a name for himself at an even younger age
