Barzagli to miss Poland-Italy

Andrea Barzagli picked up a muscular problem in training today and should miss Friday’s friendly with Poland.
The Juventus defender pulled up during the training session at Coverciano and has pulled a muscle in his thigh.
It is not thought to be a serious injury, but Barzagli will not be risked against Poland on Friday evening.
He could well be back for next week’s test against Uruguay at the Stadio Olimpico.
