How can Sacchi know if Pep doesnt even know?

If Pep doesn't renew here, I can't see him going to another big club, if he doesn't renew it's because he's not mentally prepared to take the job on again for another season. I can see him quitting coaching for a bit when he leaves Barca.

better question would be what would happen if guardiola left. would they be successful, they would play same way, same system, same success
