Casillas is disgusting

Under here you will see Casillas' remarks after the game vs England.

"Spain goalkeeper Iker Casillas believes his side's defeat to England at Wembley was "not the right result".

The reigning world and European champions sunk to defeat on Saturday afternoon after Frank Lampard clinched the only goal in the game with a close-range header in the second half.

Despite enjoying the majority share of possession, Spain were limited in their number of clear-cut chances, although David Villa came close after hitting the post and Cesc Fabregas squandered a late effort.

"It is a shame we didn't manage to win," said Casillas.

"It leaves a bitter taste because, in my personal opinion, it was not the right result.

"We created a few more chances than England, who showed their strength at a dead-ball situation and managed to convert something.

"Other than that, I can't really think that they created anything else throughout the game."


OMG OMG OMG, Iker is such a disgusting human being. He has no respect for anyone else and is always making excuses. He can't take defeat like a man and should be banned from life.

Do you people see how idiotic you sound when you say this about Xavi and then freak out like he is the AntiChrist or anyone else on Barca for that matter? It couldn't be more stupid and I just wanted to point that out.

For the record Iker is a fine human being and I'm not dumb enough to come to idiotic conclusions like this.

Casillas has always been a bad loser. I remember when USA won 2-0 vs Spain in Confederations Cup, Casillas said "They would maybe beat us 1 time out of 10"

Even if it's true, you shouldn't say something like that as a professional. Sad.

Anyway, yeah some of the RM fans have to be dissapointed with Casillas' comments here. Sure, maybe if the post agrees and Villas shot actually bounces in he might have had a case with what he said. He's not entirly wrong, tbh. But if he thinks Spain should have won today then he is sadly mistaken. England didn't do so well at Defending but they didn't really need to Defend all that well today evidenced by Spain's lack of finesse upfront.
