The Week 15 match between Roma and Juventus will be the first Serie A encounter to be broadcast live in 3D.

Sky Italia, who hold the rights to top flight domestic football in the peninsula, confirmed the news earlier today.

Roma-Juventus will take place at the Stadio Olimpico on Monday 12 December. The tie will kick off at 20.45 local time.

Its kinda good, watched Chelsea vs Man utd in 3D at one of the pubs, not bad but i prefer normal

i watched bits of the NRL grand final in 3D last year and believe me it wasnt great, hopefuly this boradcast will be much better otherwise its oging to be a bit of a let down

The WC2010 3D Bluray was great. The live broadcasts not so much (Only saw Uruguay - Germany in 3D but it really wasn't impressive [and I doubt other matches were any better live], especially when you compare it to the Bluray release)...
