Mole, do you know how the points are calculated?
A random retard randomly names a list of players randomly with no relation to form or ability at all.....
#truestory.
Dont focus on the rankings. That is just a marketing gimmick. And it never flies in the face of football fans. Rather focus on the change in points. It helps to identify form. And the change in points are quite accurate in my opinion.
Adebayor jumped from 40 to 5. That means he accumulated that many more points than other. Which indicates he has done something right on the pitch in the past games. If you ask anyone who has been watching Tottenham, they will tell you that Adebayor has been putting in some good work for Tottenham.
In short, do not look at it as an overall ranking. But look at the change in rankings aka change in points and it only conveys current form. The way it is presented in completely ridiculous of course. But there is merit in the system!

Re: Adebayor > C.Ronaldo?
As usual, since there is no response, i will try to illustrate my point a little better.
We can all agree that Rooney has not been performing at his usual high standard over the past 1 year. His castrol ranking shows the RELATIVE drop in form.
In the same period, we have seen how Marchisio has shown great form. Look at his ranking changes over the past year.
Lets look at Sturridge's too...
I hope this convinces everybody that there is some merit in the system!
