its from the start of the millenium? In the Gaspart era we use to pay so *bleep* much for any players and then we didn't have as many players from our youth, so you can guess that we spend alot of money...

And to say that we don't make star is just an idiotic statement :facepalm:

Thats why 7-8 of there starting 11 came from there youth system because your busting the myth that they don't make stars.

Of course with the idiotic one way thinking of some people on here they could never comprehend that maybe they buy stars and make them? No, it always has to be one or the other with some jealous people.

And also, what "myth" are you busting? Everyone knows they spend money. That doesn't mean they don't produce the bulk of there final product on the field.

What Dnmac said. A LOT of Barca's first teammers come from the youth ranks. But on the other hand, I think it's no myth that Barca can ridiculously overspend sometimes.
