Charging him does not account to him being guilty.

Terry will have a fair trial to defend himself and that begins on February 1. Until then it's unlikely the FA would lay out any sort of punishment to him.

Some offence are crime against the state(Racism is) and doesn't matter if an individual pursues it or not, the state will always take actions.

No but it's a principle......it's nice that they're attempting to curtail racism like this but it's not the most efficent pooling of resources to combat Racism IMO.

I think a better way to combat Racism- which is quite subjective in itself- would be to fund measures that will lead to public awareness........not to prosecute every racist in the country.

Those crimes are clearcut........and their moral standing is well known and blatantly obvious.......most racists on the other hand are not keenly aware of the prejudice in their actions......their thoughts are warped by misinformation and ignorance........and criminal prosecution will hardly change that....only education will.

Racial charges should be a civil matter IMO......where an individual is directly effected by racial prejudice he should bring up the matter in court.The state is trying to fight the battle on two fronts......and while in the process a few racists get punished, it means that future potential racists are being formed as a result.

That's the Woman I am talking about, the person who the abuse were directed towards did not take any action against her but however the Police have decided to charge her.

I'm 90% sure that's correct.
