It's either Inter or Chelsea for him. Although Chelsea will win if there's a bidding war. But is he worth 35' mill?

Last i heard, the tendency was on both Lucas and Hazard. Goetze wont move, and Neymar...well, he likes barca too much.

Telegraph reporting we're still trying to wrap up a deal before February and then loaning him back.
