Rather Udinese, Napoli and Lazio, at least for me. I rate them higher, at least this year. Also Inter will soon regain form (read: in 2-3 years).
You still seem to forget Inter won CL 2 years ago, there are tons of circumstances of their downfall - Mou leaving, unmotivated team after CL win and a few Scudetti, old players, financial fair play etc..

Serie A should get 4 spots back. We have AC, Juve, Napoli, Udinese, Lazio, Roma, Fiorentina and Udinese that can all compete in the champions league.

the run for 3rd and 4th is very heated in Spain, yet all the Spanish teams are annihilating their European counter parts... i mean the excuses of "why should we???" is just boring and out of date, in fact Spain deserves another spot rather than only 4 and another spot for EL
