Re: Complacency
Complacent *bleep*, that's what they are!! I knew from the first 10 mins we weren't gonna win the match. Disgraceful performance and the worst of the season.
You can tell they thought the league is sewn up judging by their attitude towards Wigan.
We never make it easy for ourselves...NEVER!!
so fcking pissed off, because this is what I've been complaining about all season..especially in Europe. When Utd are under pressure, they can pull off a win and a good performance. When they are in a comfortable position, the players get too cocky.
Giggs was unbelievably shit!
so pissed off because I knew all this talk of the title being already won is bs. We'll always give the 2nd team a shot to catch up.
ffs.

Re: Complacency
Now for instance if we get a dodgy result v either Villa or Everton, and City (with the renewed confidence our defeat today will give them) win both their games, the game at the Eithad is gonne be heart attack inducing.
Hopefully SAF will give them a kick up the arse and they go on re focus. Like I said in the other thread after City's defeat on Sunday, anything can happen in football, we haven't won jack shet yet!
-------------------
Credit to Wigan, they desereved the win. I hope they stay up. They were also due a win against us after 14 attempts.
only one shot on target...v Wigan....
SAF taking off Rooney and leaving Giggs on
Just a bad day at the office from the manager and the players..

By far, no exaggeration, worst performance by United this season.
Even our on form players like Evans and Valencia were shit.
It was comp;acency. Players getting far too comfortble with a lead knowing they can throwaway a game like tonight's. No desire, no passion...just so cock sure they won't get beat. No respect to the opposition too.
Football never works like that. Wigan made them look like little girls.

Re: Complacency
It may be the worst performance this season, but Wigan played very well. They made an incredibile physical effort and put high pressure on the men with the ball. They ran a lot and they deserved to win.
"Fil doubt" chose the wrong job, he would be better a scavenger.Anyway, the title should be ours...

Yes, there is a small group of MUTD fans on Goallegacy, but red devils still have the most fans in the world. If not the biggest number, maybe the second, but certainly more than Arsenal.Anyway i am not sure that we have the worst team, we won more points than we've gained in other years.

Shameful performance. Left a feeling of emptiness in my heart. If we loose the title this will be the day that the title was lost.

We have 2 home games v Villa and Everton consecutively coming up. We drop points in one of those 2 matches, if we lose the title, it will be because of that fck up IMO.
City are right on our ass in the lead up yo our game v Villa. They demolished Norwich, boosted up their GD and are only 2 points adrift.
Big big game tomorrow. The players can't fck about now...they have to go for Villa's throat.
No time for COMPLACENCY!!
