Pep weird tactical decision

I fear this will be overlooked in the current craze, but i have to question Pep's decision to sub in Tello again today.

Such a poor tactical move, but he already failed to prove that he had the level of the "big games" against Madrid, was bombarded during the week by the catalan press, yet Pep decided to put him on again.

That was just weak, huge mistake imo considering you have a proven clutch player like Pedro on the bench. Whether he is having a great season or not in la liga shouldnt matter, he knows the atmosphere of these games, he had been there and succeeded before and he simply belonged on that pitch.

Two games, two huge mistakes imo in retrospective, season over (bar mickey mouse cup ofc). It's nice an all to give minutes to la masia against Gijon, but that was just silly.

Pep has f*cked up tactically all season long starting with Fabregas and Sanchez signings and change in system not really a suprise.

plus , messi is too ' uninvolved ' at times, needs to be a bit more selfish in taking shots, finishing chances etc

Pedro was the obvious choice.

Why Tello and *bleep* Keita is beyond me.

Of course i am not blaming Tello for barca getting kicked out of the CL, but Pep had to make a power move with a sub to change the game and made a mistake imo

..people say Im not a Barca fan, just because I criticize Pep for bringing Tello into the fold. Today my thoughts were proven to be correct, Tello is sh1t. Both him and one trick are sh1t.:lol!:

You are right Nick. That was a bad sub, but it just about shows Pep's faith in Pedro at the moment. Can't do anything if the manager does not trust a player.

Cuenca was great, motm perfomance for me , was wrong to sub him out. Keita was probably last resort for aerial threat.

Keita over Pedro, I can't even comprehend how the 2nd most vital component of Barca's best team in history can't even get on the pitch in the CL semi- final.

Pep should not have put both Keita and Tello..just goes to show how well Pep handles actual pressure. Now, this is the time we will see if Pep is truly a GOAT or not. What will he do now? Address the obvious problems that actually lie in Barca, or continue to put his faith in this squad.

To me, it's pretty simple:

-Puyol time is up
-Barca never replaced Eto'o
-Tall, quick CB...Mascherano simply won't do.
-Left back.
-need to devise a plan B to counter bus parking teams as Chelsea/Inter.

Pep was hoping that Keita could unleash a long shot
