I feel so bad for Bob Bradley, in the confederations cup, in the final, up 2-0 and loses at the end. In the WC, the last minute loss to Ghana, and now this. Not a good last couple of years for his team.

Absolutely embarrassing display from America.

Two great results today. Spain winning the U-21 Championship, and this one. Mexico thoroughly deserved the trophy. I'm happy for them.
Gio should go to Sevilla... he deserves regular playing time. He can be a fantastic player.

Had a feeling it would tight after US first goal. I even thought we were goners when the second one went in. Embarassed

But in the end Mexico proved they can step up when it matters. Gio finally proved his Technical brilliance with the 4th goal. Best goal of the tourney, hands down.

Now, as for the US, what happened guys?! Loosing at 2-0 lead before Halftime? Couldn't you guys hold it out a bit longer?

OG and AJ should have been included, IMO. I seriously don't know how a CB like Goodson starts ahead of 'Gooch' Onyewu and how he gets called ahead of Gonzalez. All in all I'm beginning to see why some were outraged at Bradley. If he doesn't learn from this mistake then I think he should leave. U.S now have stuff to be able to play more Technical Football with the talent available, atm.

I can now officially say: Bring back Bruce.....

Well, Onyewu... as far as I know has been very poor in form (ever since his move to Milan)... but yeah, perhaps he would have been better than Goodson... wow, the US has a really bad defense in that case.
