I wouldn't mind getting rid of Osvaldo either and maybe replacing him with someone like Destro who looks a great prospect.

? - I haven't decided who I would prefer in midfield yet. Bradley seems pretty convincing, but I'm not completely sold just yet.

A total of 6 new acquisitions, plus the payments for Gago, Marquinho, Borini and Tallo. This would be in part funded by the departures of Angel, Greco, Pizarro, Borriello and Bojan, which in all, I would say, could give us around 25 million euros.

A good 10-12 million euros, if not more. I don't think Udinese would drop below that figure. But I think he would be worth it, he would bring so much strength and energy, he's a train when he goes down the flanks.

For the CB's, Silvestre is an option, but I think the asking price for him is a little high. I think Astori may be a little more within reach.

Silvestre: 'I want Palermo exit'

Matias Silvestre has declared he wants to leave Palermo. “I want to play for an ambitious club that takes part in European competition.”

The Argentine defender joined from Catania last summer, but was unimpressed with a campaign that saw three Coaches and several directors move through the club.

“It’s true, I expected more,” he told TMW. When I accepted the move to Palermo, I thought we’d be challenging for the Europa League. Instead, the team was eliminated in the preliminary round. I am certainly regretful on how the season ended.

“Next season I want to play for an ambitious club that takes part in European competition. I heard talk of many clubs interested in me and I am the right age to take that step up in quality. I want to do that from next year.

“Obviously whoever wants me will have to pay the price-tag that Palermo are asking for, but I would very much like that to happen. I want to take that next step.”

Silvestre has been linked with the likes of Roma and Milan, while he is determined to stay in Serie A.

“I prefer not to say which club I’d prefer, but I do want to challenge on a big stage. I feel ready for that. I’d like to continue playing in Italy and I know there are important clubs who want me.

“Mind you, if an overseas side did come calling, then I’d certainly think about it. Naturally I also thank Palermo for having believed in me.”


I guess he won't want to join us then lol.

I can name players that i want but i dont know how much they are willing to spend , well no CL means less money for the club and i think we have still debt to UniCraft so at this point i'm just hoping for the best

I think it's going to depend on if LE stays or not. If he stays then I expect us to dip back into the Spanish market, which means Fazio and Mussachio are on the table.

Thought that would been clear by me adding him not only to the squad, but the starting XI.

i read that they want to trade him with musachio and i dont think even Enrique is happy with him

Wouldn't mind someone like Destro myself.

i read something about Destro saying he love to return to Inter but because i only read sources related to Roma i dont have that much of Info , i asked Inter section here about him and i didn't get the clear answer of their interest .

So I guess it's about time to go back and change some of our starting 11's. If Montella does come back, that means Pizarro and Perrotta's chances of staying would increase, while I would fear for Osvaldo. My defenders won't change, just a switch to a 4-2-3-1. De Rossi, Gago; Palacio, Pjanic, Lamela/Marquinho; Totti.
