Didier Drogba was last night offered a two-year £80,000-a-week deal by Juventus.

whats your opinion? Good? Bad? He's free so i think its a great buy for backup. Sad we could have just kept Del Piero for this role.

According to Marotta Juventus aren't interested in Drogba.. And if Marotta says so then it most likely true.

In our solid squad he will be a world class signing in attack department, he would be our best and the only real bomber. Only if he could be little younger.

Great potential move for exactly the reason that Juveman17 said. Drogba could start or rotate with a young CF signing. If we sign Drogba now on a free and go after a younger, cheaper CF like Destro (cheaper than players like Higuain or Cavani). This would also allow a young CF learn from one of the true greats of the game.

I would strongly prefer this type of move over a signing like Higuain. I'd love Cavani, but I don't see it happening and I don't like the idea of giving a fellow Serie A team 50 million.

Borriello is valued because he fits Conte's style.
If you're looking for Juventus' strikers to score goals, look for another club, in Conte's football this task seems secondary.

Borriello tracks back and presses high. He has great work rate and the right mentality. He is not world class, but he can score goals, he didn't even get a full season...
