What should we do with Meireles, Ess, FloMo and Benny?

I thought I would get some opinions on our fringe players who will likely be sold or bit part players next year.
Meireles
If only he could Pass
Personally, I would keep him. He is a handy player and if he finally manages to learn to pass he would be fantastic. Won't get much time should we sign Modric or Moutinho but a good player to have around. Plus he shaved that clump of fur on his head!
Essien
calling him a shadow of his former self is an overstatement. I don't think he will ever get to that level again. such a shame. keep him or sell him? I think sell but who would buy him?
SloMo FloMo
One year left on his contract, heaps of experience but very little ability. If we sell him we would only make a couple of pounds, should we really sell him?
Benayoun
I think I know what you will all say here.

Paulo
Great servant, opinions seem to be torn on whether to keep him or get rid of him, what would you do? I would keep him.

Pretty much, yes
. Only one that might be a little less cut-and-dry for me would be Meireles.

I'd keep Meireiles, Malouda (wait! let me explain!) and Ferreira
Benayoun is guaranteed to leave so I'm not going to discuss him.
Meireles won't be a starter but his aggression in the midfield is a plus for me. We need someone like him for the long range shots, the muscle and to break down play. He has the ability to start games where his qualities would be a match, and I'll keep him
Ferreira is very important to us. I can see him retire at Chelsea TBH
The ONLY, ONLY reason why I'd keep Malouda is for depth. He is often invisible, and can't decide to pass or shoot (if he chooses the latter, it'd end up in the crowd anyway) and e should be making way for the young generation but with even Kalou gone, if things don't go as to plan, we need his experience on the pitch
I doubt Essien would this summer.. maybe during the January transfer window he could. Thing is, he is not just a squad player. He is close with everyone related to Chelsea, blogs on the website, influence and role model in the dressing room for everyone. I just wish he can get his pace back; not that he was 'fast' before, but he is really, really slow now

Essien is done mate.
Total passenger now. Even if by some miracle he manages to regain his 04-09 form how long would he last before another injury?
Wouldn't mind gambling on him regaining fitness/form but he's only ridiculous wages.

Yes I would keep him... but only if he understands that he will get very little playing time and he will mostly be playing with the young lads, which is good for the young lads.

I heard that RDM is willing to give Benayoun another chance.
Decent player to have around if we don't plan on keeping KDB FloMo or Kakuta this season.
