I can't see Anzhi reaching it anytime soon. They still need to improve the squad. PSG, I'm not sure if they're overall ready yet. I'd go with Man City. They've won the EPL, had CL experience last year, kinda makes sense.

Regardless of their wealth, I cannot see Anzhi progressing very far in Europe any time soon. They might be able to sign the odd star, but they're restricted by rules that state they can only field seven foreign players in their starting line-up. Moreover, what stars they can sign are largely limited to ageing players looking for a big paycheck, since not many players will want to play in Russia.

By comparison to other mega-rich clubs, Anzhi are working with a considerably smaller pool of talent to select from.

PSG, Man City, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Malaga (the rich bitches) are in CL this season. I don't Man City will get there. PSG have a good defense and a good attack, relatively good midfield so there are possibilities there in winning the CL this season. Chelsea ain't gonna do the same thing twice. Madrid are the favourites imo.
