Well I've been thinking.. surely our next two transfers got to be (after Oscar hopefully) a CF and a RB right?

A CF is definitely needed since Lukaku is probably going on loan and we'd only have Torres and Sturridge. Kind of makes sense since Sturridge was crying all season to play in the middle. But that really leaves us with very little depth and experience. Why aren't we getting linked to forwards?

It seems that the Cavani interest was genuine but deemed not necessary in the end so we went for a Bundesliga youngster which was ultimately rejected by the club

The next thing that I'm finding hard to understand is our link to Moses. I never believed these rumors since.. well.. its Moses lol and we've already signed Hazard and Marin. Yet BBC reports that we are going to re-submit an improved bid

Doesn't really makes sense to me that we are going for a winger which we already have and not for a experienced back up CF

I doubt we will buy another CF.

Also. Apparently we placed a Bid for Willian after Oscar accepted to join us.

So we may end up buying another winger, Moses or Willian and then a RB, Maicon, Azpilicueta or maybe Debuchy.

This one has been doing the rounds for awhile it seems. It would make sense of you think about it. They've just lost Pogrebnyak, Andy Johnson, Zamora (in January), and are likely to lose Dempsey as well, all in the last few months, without bringing in any replacements. You'd think he'd have a pretty good shot at being a regular starter there if he shows some quality.

Yes. That should mean Lukaku will see a lot of playing time and I have no doubt he'd score loads of goals for them. WOuldn't mind if he helped them finish above spudz also :coffee:

Foolham finishing above Spuds and AVB with the help of a striker VB himself declared "not his signing" the second he joined and treated like crap for an entire season?
