my point is who gives an f if mourinho was a good football player, hes already one of the most trophy rich managers of all time.

Anyway, Mourinho is still right. Cruyff managed to have 2 canteranos in his line up, Guardiola and Ferrer, and yet people claim La Masia wasn't sufficent at that time? Bullshit.

What happend to Amor? and like I told you, la masia had only existed for 9 years when Cruyff became our manager. Its obvious that it will take some time before class player will be formed in la masia. But even then Cruyff MADE our youth academy and later he gave chances to our youth. For ex Sergi, Guardiola and Amor all debuted under Cruyff and played more than 200 games for Barca.

Johan Cruyff has slammed Jose Mourinho, claiming that the former Real Madrid boss only cares about results.

The Portuguese tactician was highly critical of his Chelsea players after they lost to Paris Saint-Germain last week.

And the Barcelona legend his hit out at the ex-Blancos Coach, insisting he doesn’t care about his players.

“It's the same old story,” he told De Telegraaf. “When things go well, it's down to him; if they don't, it's down to the players.

“[I think Mourinho] lost the dressing room at Real Madrid and it's possible the same thing is going to happen at Chelsea.

“The problem is simply that Mourinho always focuses squarely on the result. Everything else is secondary, even all the top players he has running around for him.”
