Bayern Munich problem right now is too much quality and the manager consistently playing the 4231 formation.

Solution to that problem will be perfect rotation, the manager must know who to use and when to use them, also he must find a way to implement another formation, say for example 433, so we don't have to be so predictable, this will also favor Robben.


As for leadership, we have Neuer now, he doesn't need to be captain to be in charge, so even that problem of leadership is now solved.

We're the Italian combo of Leverkusen, Arsenal, and Liverpool. Leverkusen because of our status as perennial almost-boys, Arsenal because of our style of football and Liverpool because of our poor luck in individual results and form.

We've spent nearly a decade punching above our weight, striving to be considered among the Italian elite, but are just outside of that echelon.

The major problem is that we're always chopping and changing our management to the point of a lack of stability, which is crucial if we want to win things. This will be no different with Zeman, who has never stayed with a particular club for very long so in this, I am not fooled. Just along for the 2 season or so ride.

Football wise, we're simply not balanced enough. We've traditionally had a great midfield and great attacking lineups and even fine goalkeepers, but at the expense of a truly world-class backline, which we have not had since the days of Cafu-Aldair-Samuel-Candela. Goals have won us many games, but that defense won us a scudetto and it's no coincidence that since they have left, we've continued scoring good goals and winning good games, but not one scudetto to show for it since.

Problems:

1) Bad management

2) stadium ownership

3) transfer policy

4) Pato, Boateng, etc. are always injured

Solutions:

1) Berlusconi gets out or coughs up the dough

2) Inter moves out or law is passed that the city has to sell the stadium to the clubs or regulations are relaxed so that it is easier and cheaper to build a new stadium

3) hire all of Udinese's scouts

4) Melissa Satta breaks up with Boateng and Milan gets some new medical staff.

AC Milan
Problems:
1. Medical staff(once renowned for prolonging players career now renowned for making them shorter)
2. Bad management(recently its very unpredictable what we can do and we always stray for a set course)

Solutions:
1. Change the medical staff (milan are actually trying to find a good medical team but arent being successful)
2. Replace the management or create a long term plan that they will actually stick with.

Problem: Coaches don't know how to hire new players.
Solution: Hire Alex as transfers guru

Problems:
Medical Staff are completely incompetent and need to be replaced. Our injury record over the last few years is scandalous and needs to be addressed.

Mediocrity is rewarded. Last year we finished 19 points behind the winners and runners up in the EPL. For a club that is reportedly the 4th richest club in the world that is just not good enough. Am not sure whether its Wenger or Kroenke but our targets need to be set higher.

Finances: Our sponsorship deals are crap. There was a good reason for taking them at the time as we needed up front monies to finance the stadium. These sponsorship deals are up in 2014 so more monies should be available to spend.

Solution: There should be money made available to Wenger and instead of buying a Giroud we buy a Falcao. We always seem to be one world class player away from being the complete article, at least in the last 3 years.

David Dein is a big loss to the club but there is 0 chance of him returning. I am hoping that Bould becomes the voice in Wenger's ear for the positive that I think he needs.

if problem stands for chaos and him being stubborn then it makes sense, given as a solution him bringing glory either succeeding with his way or actually take a different path, the one that fans want

Haha Nishank think about Reina at the other end though. He can't even keep goals out with these sized goals, what do you think will happen if we we increase them

No, we need 1 cm to replace Lampard on occasions. Perferably a boss CM such as I mentioned, Mikel and Romeu are good enough for destroyers.

World Class CB's. Neither of Dante,Badstuber and Boateng are World Class. 1 Thiago Silva in there would make these guys compete for the other 3 spots & have them raise their game.

And a World Class technical ST like Falcao.

If Bayern had Falcao & Thiago Silva then honestly I can safely say that they will beat Madrid and Barca comfortably

Boateng can become better than Silva with all his attribute, he just needs to develop with time.


As we can see, he looks a lot more calmer now.

The midfield albeit it would be complicated to have so much talent, it would have been good to have sahin or granero available as well, but they need to get more time, specially sahin, hes probably returning next year or the year after once alonso really gets a bit old.

@ Rb weve got essien in an emergency and ramos but i would have brought debuchy.

Biggest problem though is the lack of focus and form, id fix it by getting the team to realise this and improve on our current form and even last year's.
