According to the PK today, he is still in critical condition, but stable nonetheless. The family of Vukcevic insisted that Hoffenheim should not postpone the match against Augsburg because of the accident, by the way.

I also heard that insulin shots were found in the car, thus hinting he might have had a diabetic shock that led to him losing control of his car. I really hope he will recover fully again very soon.

I really hope he recovers. Coma's are never a good thing.

As of today there is no news about Boris Vukcevic as his condition is unchanged so far.

So far there is no change in his condition as it seems.

BTW, the last reports said that two years ago, Vukcevic was involved in another car accident which was caused by hypoglycaemia, so the investigations of the current accident go into that direction, too.

I just heard on the news that Boris Vukcevic is not in critical condition anymore. He is still in the coma, though. The accident was indeed caused due to hypoglycaemia according to the reports. I hope he will recover fully in due time.

That's good news. Hope the coma didn't affect his memories/mental health too much.

Boris Vukcevic is awake for a couple of hours every day and he is able to communicate with his family. So far there is no prognosis whether he will completely recover, but he is slowly recovering.

The parents have asked that currently Boris Vukcevic should get no visits from the club, players, fans etc as they deem it more important for their son to have enough rest to recover fully and concentrate on his rehab.
