B.NEWS : Honda to sign for JUVE !

The news did turn up their noses a lot, both for the vehemence with which it is presented, and because there were no signs that hinted at a deal in progress. Something real there must be, because in Japan continue to speak of a persistently growing next step of Keisuke Honda to Juventus.

Yesterday, after the news on everyone's lips was over, the Japanese midfielder's agent had denied any type of negotiation. However, the prosecutor of the exterior of the CSKA Moscow had hinted that his client would not have continued his adventure in Russia: "We have received attractive offers, Keisuke really like, especially in England."

Today, however, raises and Sports Nippon reports the Honda's own statements, reported by Goal.com: "It was not decided anything yet, but maybe you can tell me more that I do not know. - Joked with the reporter interviewer - Sure, I frankly do not think it's a bad thing to be matched with a big club like Juventus. According to Tuttosport, good relations between CSKA Moscow and Juventus (thanks to the negotiations that led to Juventus Milos Krasic last year) could facilitate a positive outcome of the negotiation. Honda may be the perfect midfielder Antonio Conte for training: running fast, and above all great great dribbling ability to create assists for his teammates. Not at all, Honda is considered one of the largest Asian footballers of all time.

Keisuke Honda has revealed he's pleased to be associated with a big club like Juventus following speculation of a move to Italy.
Sports Nippon reported on Tuesday that the Turin giants were in negotiations with Honda's Russian club CSKA Moscow about a possible move to Italy.
The Japanese star returned to his homeland on Tuesday as the Russian Premier League takes a summer break and spoke with Sports Nippon about the rumours of a move to Juventus.

"Nothing has been decided yet, but maybe you can actually tell me something about it," joked the 25-year-old midfielder, who seemed in a much better mood than when he left for Russia a few weeks ago.
He added: "Frankly, I think it is not a bad thing when my name is associated with a big club.”

Sports Nippon spoke to an unnamed Juventus management official who said the club was keen to ensure the deal went through and suggested it could be confirmed this week.

"We'll do all we can to bring Honda to Turin. Once a few things that need to be worked out are taken care of, we might announce the transfer in the next days," said the Juventus official.

Honda was also asked about his impression of Serie A and mentioned Hidetoshi Nakata and Yuto Nagatomo, but also said that his strongest memory was 'Zidane at Juventus', a comment that surely will win him some points among the Bianconero supporters.

Honda concluded on a positive note, reflecting back on the dispirited words he used at the very same airport after the Kirin Cup on his journey back to Russia.

Sports Nippon infers that the price tag on the Samurai Blue's midfielder should be around €10 million, and if the negotiations between Juventus and CSKA will succeed, the player might fly directly to Italy after his vacation in Japan.

The thing with Honda is that he's really versatile. So in a 4-2-4 he can fit in as a LW, CM, or even DM when we need to.

Not to rain on your parade, but when it comes to Juve I don't believe any rumor anymore. Unless it comes from the official site I will not believe it.

Damn, I hoped we (Milan) signed him last year. A great player IMO, versatile, strong, creative, dedication, and the touch of arrogance that defines a great player.

The marketing side of such a move should not be ignored as well. I hope this move succeed for the sake of Seria A.

Honda was a god at MVV, he singlehandedly won them matches with a VERY mediocre side.

as i wasn't talking about this rumour only...but all juve...how come fabregas, sanchez, neymar are still at arsenal, udinese and santos...while the other annoying rumour, Lichtsteiner, got official. more probable you say?
and half the barcelona, chelsea, real madrid etc. rumours didn't happen...

Would be nice if Honda signed..

Honda is a great player, would be great for Juventus if he joins them. Question is where will he play? He is pretty versatile, can play as SS, CF or CAM, RW or LW. Having an Asian star is also good for marketing.
