If were including players that have just turned 22, then in my opinion Kroos is a close second place to Gotze. Neymar wouldnt even make Top 3. Gotze, Kroos, and Hazard hold down those spots.

I was not so convinced by Jack Butland recently. I think Kevin Trapp would be a better option to be included (okay, he is 22 now, but would have been the German Nr.1 for the U21 Euro had it not been for his injury), and even Roman Bürki would have a better call than Butland IMO.
