You guys seem to want to buy whatever midfielder is rumoured. We already have 3 quality midfielders (ignoring CAMs for the moment). We still have 4 others that are looking for some time in this position and although some of them likely will go next summer, we also have at least 5 prospectives at Castilla or Canteras. While I could possibly buy into M'Vila, I don't for all these other BS rumours. We simply do not need them.

Remember what Sports said a while ago about the age of team and the likelyhood that we don't need a lot in the next few years. I say the only possible additions other than Canteras or promotions from Castilla for next couple of years are Neymar or Hazard for Kaka and possibly M'Villa if all 3 of Lass, Granero and Altintop leaving.

If Lass and Hamit were to go (and they should imo) I would be very happy to have a 28 yr old world cup winning very experienced world class DM brought into the team for nothing. Plus the guy is a physical monster at over 189cm tall and 86kg. Him and Sami in midfield would make teams go running for their mothers.

Being such an age would not hinder any youth either

I dont think he is that tall Very Happy

but i agree with you. It would be very stupid to pass on that kind of opportunity.

Experience to balance off our youth, pure win.

Madrid boss Jose Mourinho wants a new right-sided defender in the January transfer window, as Sergio Ramos has been deployed in the centre, in place of the injured Ricardo Carvalho.

The club's hierarchy are reportedly ready to make a move for a new defender after Fabio Coentrao's sub-par display in the 3-1 Clasico defeat against Barcelona at the weekend.

Fernandes, 21, is equally at home at right-back or in the centre of defence, a characteristic which is to Mourinho's liking.

It is believed that Madrid are very close to reaching an understanding with the player's agent and that the only thing left is that the Spanish giants launch negotiations with Gremio.

The Brazilian defender, who was linked with Porto in the summer, recently declined the opportunity to represent the Selecao at senior level to focus on club affairs.

Granted.....it's a goal story.

But i really like this kid.............not sure if we Neeeeeeeeeed him.......but I'd like to have him..........

He's a Cb and can also play Dm.Though he's been mainly used out of position at RB

I want a supremely fast and tall enough RB. 178-182cm. Someone who can turn around easily, and stop the fastest and best wingers and can cover the CB with his speed.

kyle walker has that description, although not developed yet, but has the potential to reach there.

Trying to find out info about this kid, seems highly rated winger. they are comparing him to messi, i suppose his style is a bit like him. lol.

I know nothing about him aside from few videos, he plays for some ukranian team, shakhtar, if anyone has any input, post.
