Also AFAIK, this has nothing to do with Fergie or Evra, no complaint was lodged the investigation was started by Chelsea themselves

Wasn't there an incident about this exact type of mocking last year? Do people really think that's such a funny joke? If you're gonna be a copycat, go with the classics like 'ref get off your knees you're blowing the game!' or something like that. At least be amusing.

Well that only makes sense, really...The actions of captain/leader/legend are far more easily connected to the sentiments/feelings of the club as a whole. Its easy to distance yourself from of the actions one jackass in the stands, not so easy with captain/leader/legend....More of an incentive to defend your captain that one random fan

Looks like all these scandals are more about point scoring than actually dealing with racism.

How about looking at actual video footage rather than a still image before accusing any random bloke of racism btw?

Chelsea FC just released a statement saying the fan had too many Red Bulls and thought he had wings. John Terry is one of the witnesses and Ashely Cole believes the Chelsea captain.

Chelsea are reporting Red Bull to the FA and want to ban Red Bull from Chelsea games.

Understand your anger, but at the end of the day its only 1 guy, and while Chelseas been involved in some racism issues ON the pitch, this is the first I've ever heard of racism problems among their fans
