Man, you guys underrate RDM here.

He can play attacking football. He did at WBA and this season.

It would have been a decent move but I don't know if I could handle him managing another team yet.

Such terrible management by Valencia yet again. They have always had such talented bunch of players but they are run by idiots. Unai was going a great job with the resources he had, but what did they expect the next guy to do? Unai had they finish 3rd for the second season in a row, they expected to finish 2 or 1st? Just retarded management. They are even worse than Atleti's management.
