They say the new Modric as in the new best croatian talent.
he is a right winger, left footed, good on the dribble. That's why i mentioned Rafinha and Deulo, both wingers, rafinha is left footed too, and proving himself in la liga already.

Well, there is no guarantee that either of them will make it at Barca. Can't stop spotting talent just because Rafinha or Deulofeu might or might not make it. Rafinha's father will most likely look to move his son elsewhere anyway and Deulofeu is a striker. Halilovic is an AM who can also play wide like Iniesta from what I know.
Wonder what they saw all of a sudden. This pretty much comes out of nowhere.

He was when he first joined Spurs but that might be the old put the small guy on the wing thing we like to do in England.

Halilovic is a legit talent, excellent player despite his recent stunt in Dinamo yet he is STILL 17. Along with Kovacic (who is a CM/AM), these are two of the finest talents from the Baltic peninsula. Don't mention English/Swiss/Italian/Albanian/Serbian/Somalian Janusaj because he can't be considered Baltic.

Maybe "striker" was a bit lazy. He is a wing forward. I distinguish between a wing forward and an out and out winger. Pedro would be a "striker" for me. Jesus Navas is a winger. If this makes more sense. Now GTFO my ass.

it's a tragedy Gorbatchov allowed all those Baltic states to become independent, tbh. If Halilovic could be coupled with the likes of Akinfeev, Zhirkov etc, that would be a handful

His contract with Dinamo Zagreb expires in 2014, why would Barca pay 3-5m for him ? Typical Barca, spending more money than they should on one player

In 2014, anyone can get him..including a club in England who can pay him more and then fake promise him first team action.
