Adriano out for a month as of the 16th of March, should be back by April 16th
Messi out for a rumored 3 weeks, expected return date April 23rd
Puyol out for 6 weeks as of 16th of March, should be back by April 27th
Mascherano out for 6 weeks, expected return date May 16th

They have nobody to play next to Pique and Messi is out. Matuidi being suspended hurts but Motta will be back and Chantome is best at Matuidi's job actually... that's where he broke out 2 years ago and prompted PSG to buy him.

Matudi being out literally seals the deal. There is little recognition even among us in how important he is for PSG and especially in a game what they will face v Nou Camp Barca. I'm glad you are acknowledging Chantome's unsung excellence but he will be daunted by the occasion and unfortunately isn't as good as Matuidi nor does he have that needed experience.

Sakho is the only thing going for both our confidence because if he plays, he will perfectly compliment Silva and give the needed iron-hard mentality to the back-line in which they lack. Sadly, Carlo is so unpredictable there is little say on what will happen. I cannot stand the sight of Alex.

Lavezzi was staying on because he provided an excellent pressing option similar to Pazzini for Milan v Barca. His pressing even caused Barca to open their line for Ibra to split their defence. Bringing on Gamiero for Lavezzi in order to replace his role what the correct decision yet made too late.

Verrati had an excellent game yet was proving to be a defensive liability when he became exhausted. Carlo's fault was not bringing in Chantome for Motta and Menez for Pastore, the latter who was useless bar his one-on-one goal.

Overall some excellent tactics in both legs yet away goals and some dire finishing cost them. Signs are excellent for the team though.

what a beauty of a goal this was you can truly appreciate it in this video. one of the better goals scored against barca in awhile.

also his performances against barca have to merit some credit, he kept Alves in check and even burned him several times including on the goal. Hopefully he develops more efficiency and consistency in his game sometime soon.

yeah... the issue with Pastore is mentality. That's it. He has all the talent in the world. But he just doesn't bring it often enough. That's why he's so frustrating.

Lavezzi has the heart... but he's clumsy right at the end. That's a technical issue. Pastore has no technical issues.

Took Serie A's best and couldn't close it out. I blame Pastore's loser mentality and Lucas's inexperience. Also can't help but LoL at Thiago Motta and Alex losing their shit when Messi came on
