Nothing wrong with having infinite managers. It's all about success and it's just 2 different strategies.

Werder Bremen also had only 6 coaches since 1981. Otto Rehagel served 14 (1981-1995) years and Thomas Schaaf 15 years so far (1999-now) :bow:

They just ruined their stats with 4 guys between Rehakles and Schaaf.

Was going to include them but was suprised to find out about the other four. Always had the misconception of Schaaf taking over from Rehagel.

No. Del Bosque, Capello and Heynckes have all been more successful than Mou in that period. If Mou loses CDR, he really joins the pack lol.

Stability is overrated.

Its all well and good giving manager time but what is the point if he's not good enough? you are just wasting time and throwing season's away.

Everyone talks about following Man Yoo's example but... he was given time because he came from Aberdeen where he won the Cup Winners Cup against Real Madrid and winning the Scottish League and Scottish Cup numerous times.

Wenger has been given time because of all he won before and the way he runs that football club very few could replicate.

Giving time to managers who are obviously not good enough and have a track record of not being good enough is a waste.
