Higuain: 'I'm leaving Madrid'

Gonzalo Higuain has announced: “I am leaving Real Madrid. Yes, Juventus are a possibility.”

The Argentine international striker had already been a transfer target for the Bianconeri over the last few weeks.

“I am leaving Real Madrid, the decision has been made,” said Higuain after scoring in his final game for the club, today’s 4-2 win over Osasuna.

“I have not decided where I will go, but the club already know that I want to go. I feel that my time here is over, so I want a change of scenery after seven intense years.

“Juventus? Yes, they are a possibility. I will go where I am really wanted.”

The Scudetto winners hope to use his determination in order to help lower the price-tag set by Real Madrid.
