Come on, answer the question. I am not totally against the idea, as long as we don't buy a DLP to play next to him and actually buy a DM. I wouldn't be opposed to buying Howedes and Bender/De Rossi to play alongside him.

There's no need to "answer the question" as we've already gone over this ad nauseum at least 1500 times in the last 2 weeks alone. The chances of Jose Mourinho playing a player as rash, unreliable, and unpredictable as Luiz at CB is slim to none. Who to replace him with? Well, as I just said in my post 5 minutes ago about my personal summer wishlist, I'd get a CB and I'm not really bothered who.

This is another reason why I think we're holding off on a CM for now.

Depth in AM was needed, we got Schurrle (mostly, what is going on with that?) and now we're after Cavani. That will sure up 2 of our needs for this summer. The big question is CM. Do we need more than one? Can Luiz play there full time? Who should be sold? Can KDB play there? Can Oscar play there?

So many questions and possibilities in CM, any number of things could happen and it's all down to Jose.

Time will tell I guess.

Well, If David Luiz plays in CM I could see him doing reasonably well as a DM as long as he doesn't trying to be Ronaldinho.
