The phrase "We don't fear them" is overused

You can hear it from a lot of players or fans especially if they are meeting a stronger team. I think this phrase is so overused and meaningless and silly that I feel like puking when I hear another player using it.

But allow me to use it for the upcoming first match of Newcastle vs Man City---
WE DON'T FEAR THEM !!

Ya, what I think is that if u really don't fear, u don't really have to announce to the reporters. Maybe inside the player he fears the stronger team, so he trying to talk himself into not fearing to calm himself down

I'm now starting to fear the City-NUFC match. In order not to lose the opener, I advise the NUFC manager to adopt the Fearful Defence, and pack 5 defenders in the penalty box with 4 midfielders on the box fringe, with a false nine acting as distraction to prevent too many attacks so that City needs some defenders back in its end

Unfortunately we have a manager he's shit scared of everything.

So much so when we played Reading last year he played Shola Ameobi on the wing because he was afraid of 35 year old LB Ian Harte Laughing

One of the reasons we will lose is exactly that, and why City beat us all the time.

We fear them.
