Buying tickets to Chelsea games Empty Buying tickets to Chelsea games

Some of you may know buy now, im going to be in London at the start of December when Chelsea play Southampton at the bridge so im just starting to look at the procedures on buying tickets, and already the Villa game and the Fulham game have already sold out. So im worried that the tickets to Southampton game will sell out before i can get tickets as member tickets go on sale from October 21 but general sale starts on Nov 4.

So for those who've bought tickets through Chelsea website (im guessing its probably only Barry) would it be worth me getting the teir one membership for 25pounds (link) so i can buy tickets upon member relase, or will I be able to get a good seat (or even a seat at all) if i wait till general sale?

Thanks

I would recommend becoming a memeber, General admission is notoriously hard to get.

Having said that, I have never been and am just repeating what I have heard.

Im thinking im just going to become a member, in the big picture 25 pounds isnt a great sum of money for an assured ticket

Exactly, Plus, if general admission was 25 pounds more, you'd still pay that. I know I would.

See what some of the others have to say so I don't end up telling you to do the complete wrong thing.

You should contact Gil, last time I went to London he said that I should have contacted him and that I could have gone with him.

How long are you staying? How many matches are you looking to attend? I've personally never paid for membership but it would be worth it if you were going to be around for more than one game. At least that's what I think.

Otherwise, there are always tickets every weekend on the Chelsea chat website (shed.chelseafc.com) i.e members with extra looking to sell. I've always had someone who can one extra for me with priority access so let me know if Gil helps you out. If not, I'll try to contact someone for you.
