I looked it up on wiki, and I see Gil is over excited as usual. If everything goes as expect, Argentina will probably face France or Switzerland in 1/8 finals and Portugal in the quarters... far from ridiculously easy. And maybe Germany if they don't qualify as first in their group...

Under Sabella, Messi plays a different role compared to earlier years. He plays much closer to goal and isn't nearly as involved in the build up play like he was in 2010.

He's a SS for Argentina and is playing off Higuain. I expect him to score a fair few goals. If Argentina make a deep run, I wouldn't at all be surprised if Messi or Higuain were the top scorers.
