Zdravko Kuzmanovic

Inter midfielder Zdravko Kuzmanovic’s time could be coming to an end with rivals Roma reportedly pondering a move for the Serbian.

The 26-year-old has been linked with moves to West Ham, Sunderland and Aston Villa in the past but it appears as though the Giallorossi have made an enquiry into his availability.

According to Gazzetta di Parma, Roma coach Rudi Garcia is looking for a holding midfielder in the January window and Giallorossi are considering making an offer for the Inter midfielder.

The former Fiorentina man arrived at Inter last January from Stuttgart for €1.2m but has struggled to make an impact thus far as he has only made two Serie A appearances this season.

Zdravko Kuzmanovic is one of the many players that could be leaving Inter this January. However, his agent has a different opinion as he believes that his client is going nowhere.

“The reality is that he is fine at Inter and there is no reason to leave. He has the intention to show his quality and cannot wait to do this with this club now that he has passed all the physical problems. He spoke recently with Mazzarri and the coach has confirmed his trust in the player. This is the key aspect. He will do anything to pay the trust that the coach has in him.”
