Listened to all of TPAB

Kendric put a lot of work in it. It's more of a story than an album. Think people in USA with black roots will appreciate the album a lot more. He talks a lot of sense about the black culture and lyrically most songs are good.

I didn't like half the songs though. Specially the collaborating ones. Would never willingly listen to songs like for sale or these walls again. Wesley's theory and for free? were a bit too boring imo.

On the other hand, how much a dollar cost, you ain't gotta lie and blacker the berry are fantastic.

Loved Mortal Man and the concept behind it. Great tribute to Pac. Pretty emotional at the end.

overall I understand why people love it. It's just not for me though. Can appreciate it but doubt i'll listen to many of the songs again.

I also didn't like most of the songs on it, only ones I liked at the start were The blacker the berry, mortal man, hood politics and for free? I absolutely thought Wesley's Theory was trash when I started the album.

But after some time I grew to like more of the songs, with the only exceptions really being momma and you ain't gotta lie.
